Example itinerary (subject to change) Arrival Day From 3pm – arrive and settle in – tea and cake 4.15pm - meet in the Sun Lounge 4.30pm to 6pm – yoga and relaxation 6.30pm – dinner Free evening to relax and explore Full Day 1 8am – pre breakfast energise! On the lawn (if not raining) 8.30am to 9am – breakfast 10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga and relaxation 1pm – lunch Free time to relax and explore 4pm to 6pm – yoga and relaxation 6.30pm – dinner 8pm to 8.30pm – meditation / Yoga Nidra / similar Full Day 2 8am – pre breakfast energise!
