Yoga is for everybody, it is a holistic practice - you can 
  • de-stress and feel more positive 
  • improve strength and flexibility, posture and muscle tone 
  • boost energy levels, sleep better
  • calm and quieten your mind ​​

​Classes include
  • warm up and postures (asanas)
  • breath awareness and breathing practices (pranayama)
  • relaxation techniques, including Yoga Nidra and occasional meditation 
  • practicing with friendly, like minded people​
