In the rose garden 8.30am – breakfast 10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga session 1pm – lunch Free time to relax and explore - OPTIONAL BOAT TRIP (2PM & 3PM) 4.45pm - 6.15pm – restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra 6.30pm – dinner 8.30pm – meditation Sunday 8am – pre breakfast energise!
