Weekend Retreats - 3 nights

Friday
From 3.30pm – arrive and settle in - refreshments available 
4.15pm - meet in the Sun Lounge for introductions
4.45pm to 6.15pm – yoga session
6.30pm – dinner
8.30pm – Yoga Nidra 
 
Saturday
8am – pre breakfast energise! In the rose garden 
8.30am – breakfast
10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga session
1pm – lunch
Free time to relax and explore - OPTIONAL BOAT TRIP (2PM & 3PM)
4.45pm - 6.15pm – restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra 
6.30pm – dinner
8.30pm – meditation  
 
Sunday
8am – pre breakfast energise! In the rose garden 
8.30am – breakfast
10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga session
1pm – lunch
2pm to 3pm – mindful walk 
Free time to relax

5.45pm - meditation (optional) 
6.30pm – dinner

Monday
8am – pre breakfast energise! In the rose garden
8.30am – breakfast
10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga session
1pm – lunch
2pm - depart
