Covid19 Requirements - Thorpe End Village Hall & St Andrew's Hall
Entering the venues - - Thorpe End - one way system - ENTER via the double back doors, near to the footpath entrance. LEAVE via the front door nearest to the car park entrance. - URC, Ipswich Rd, Norwich - enter and exit via the side door to the right side of the building, not the main entrance on the left. - St Andrews (workshops) - as we all arrive and leave at the same time, the main entrance can be used for both arrival and departure.
Not come to class if you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms or self isolating for any reason.
Clean hands on arrival (hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and soap and water in the toilets).
Arrive changed for class (not get changed into/out of yoga kit in the venue).
Use the bins provided for used tissues etc.
Facemasks may be worn but won't be mandatory. Please take extra/appropriate care if you are over 70 years or are clinically more vulnerable.
Maintain 2m social distancing within the venue. Mats will be placed 2m apart.
Only 1 person in any of the toilets blocks (female, male, disabled) at any time.
Bring all your own yoga kit (mat, blocks, belt, blanket). I am not able to lend you anything at this time.
TIP - consider bringing an extra blanket or jumper due to the extra ventilation.
Ensure the venue's Covid clean has taken place before the class
Carry out my own additional cleaning between classes and after as specified by venue
Ventilate the room before and after class and during where practicable
Avoid hands on adjustments
Minimise the need for raised voices, chanting, deep sighs etc
Keep list of attendees for 21 days after the class
Adhere to the venue's Covid 19 risk assessment
If there is a local lockdown then I will revert to 1 online class at 7.30pm on Mondays and the usual 2 Thursday online classes
