A sankalpa is a resolve or intention
Short, clear positive statement, the fewer words the better
Use the same words each time - Repeat your Sankalpa to yourself (at least) 3 times, wholeheartedly, with conviction
How/when use it?
Use in Yoga Nidra practice, relaxation, meditation, asana practice, washing up, beginning or end of the day

- Supports personal developmentor a spiritual aspiration, rather than material goal
- It might be broad and all-encompassing orspecific and tangible
