Join me for a relaxing and replenishing retreat in this unique natural environment. How Hill House and gardens is in a wonderful location in the heart of Broadland with stunning views over the River Ant. Our stay in the house also contributes to the conservation of this historic property and the future of it as an environmental education centre for schools.
Arrive from 3pm on the Friday, with the first yoga session before dinner. Suitable for all levels (over 16 years). The weekend will also include optional Yoga Nidra and meditation practice. We have exclusive access to the house and gardens. Yoga sessions will take place in the spacious conference room with curved windows overlooking the River Ant. Take time out in the Sun Lounge, filled with comfortable leather sofas and window seats and gaze at the panoramic views of the River Ant and Turf Fen Windmill. Delicious vegetarian and vegan home cooked meals prepared by the How Hill House kitchen team. Special dietary requirements catered for. Tea, coffee and fruit basket available throughout.
Your own ensuite bedroom (recently refurbished to a high standard), or share with a friend. Linen and towels included. Wifi and mobile signal are OK (though you will be encouraged to turn your mobile off). Honesty bar available.
Step out of the grounds into the Broads National Park to soak up the peace and tranquility and explore the unique natural environment of reedbeds, river, marshes, woodlands and windmills set off by Norfolk’s vast sky. A perfect compliment to your experience of yoga, mindfulness and meditation inside the house.

Booking terms & conditions Book direct with Hester. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit (non-refundable) and completion of the booking form. Balance payment deadline 5 weeks before the retreat start (see booking form for dates). Cancellations After the balance payment deadline a refund due to cancellation is not possible. Please consider taking out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs. If the whole retreat is cancelled then a full refund will be given. A place can be cancelled before the balance payment deadline, but the deposit will be lost. Booking transfers Before the balance payment deadline, a booking can be transferred to a future retreat once only, where there is space. This will incur a £30 admin fee.
