Through the British Wheel of Yoga, I discovered The Foundation Course, where I could learn while working a full-time job.

The course has a great deal to offer; from the exceptional standard of knowledgeable tutors, to providing a variety of insightful information on the teachings and wisdom of yoga, to formulating friendships with like-minded people and most importantly, the added benefit of a journey of self-discovery through unifying the body, breath and mind, with effortless effort.
