Itinerary for Swafield Hall Yoga Retreat

Friday
From 3pm – arrive and settle in
5pm – welcome and introductions
5.30pm to 7pm – yoga and relaxation
7.30pm – dinner

Saturday
8am – morning energise (outside, weather permitting)
8.30am – breakfast
10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga and relaxation
1pm – lunch
Afternoon of free time
5pm to 7pm – restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation practice)
7.30pm dinner

Sunday
8am – morning energise (outside, weather permitting)
8.30am – breakfast
10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga and relaxation/meditation
1pm – lunch
2pm – depart
